Privacy, without mystery.
This policy explains the current public showcase and the privacy model planned for the native Table of Worlds iOS app. The website is view-only: it has no game account, playable board, advertising, or purchase flow.
Scope
This policy covers this Table of Worlds website and, when released, the native iOS app. Features still in development are described as planned and may change before App Store release. If a release changes how information is handled, this page will be updated before that feature becomes available.
Information on this website
You do not need an account to view the site. We do not ask visitors to submit gameplay data, profile details, payment information, or advertising preferences here. Like most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process basic technical records such as IP address, request time, browser or device type, requested page, and security events to deliver and protect the service.
Planned iOS app data
The native app is designed to keep settings and game progress on the device unless a feature clearly says otherwise. If you choose Apple Game Center, Apple processes that service under its own terms. StoreKit purchases are handled by Apple; the app receives transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore a purchase, not your complete payment-card details.
The free edition is planned to use Google Mobile Ads and Google's consent tools. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Apple permissions, Google may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location, consent signals, diagnostics, and ad interactions to provide, measure, limit, and protect advertising.
Why information is used

Services and sharing
Information is not sold by Table of Worlds. Limited information may be handled by service providers needed to operate a feature, including website hosting providers, Apple for App Store, StoreKit, and optional Game Center services, and Google for advertising and consent management in the free edition. Their own policies govern their independent processing.
Your controls
- Use the website without creating an account.
- Manage ad consent through the in-app privacy options when available.
- Use Apple's tracking controls if the app requests permission.
- Buy the optional Ad-Free entitlement to disable third-party ads after verification.
- Restore eligible purchases through the App Store.
- Control or disable optional Game Center access in Apple settings.
Retention and security
Technical and support information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, troubleshooting, accounting, and legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children and international processing
The service is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents and guardians should use Apple's family and device controls as appropriate. Infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
